Shipping policy
Shipping Schedule
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2:30pm EST Monday-Friday are typically processed the same day, and shipped no later than the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday, or in case of holidays, the following business day. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as promotional sales events and holiday periods.
USA Domestic Shipping Methods
Within the United States, we offer our customers a variety of shipping carriers. For packages weighing under 13 ounces, U.S. First Class Mail Package shipping, with a shipping and handling fee, is one of the options available. For expedited shipping, we are also able to offer Priority Mail® through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), in addition to UPS Ground®. Prevailing shipping and handling rates will be displayed during the checkout process. Due to USPS regulations, packages weighing over 13 ounces are not permitted to be shipped by First Class Mail.
Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for all domestic shipments. When the order is fulfilled, our customers will receive an email containing the tracking information. If tracking information has not been received within 3 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@whisperingsouls.com.
International Shipping Methods
For packages shipped to recipients outside the United States, we currently offer shipping through either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. International shipping options, and the respective rates, will be displayed during the checkout process.
Import Taxes and Customs Duty
Please note that an order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT and the like once the package reaches the destination country. These fees, duties, or taxes are not included in the billed shipping cost. All import fees, duties, and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. Import fees, duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with their local authorities to see what kind of import fees, duties, or taxes are levied by the country they reside in. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipment refused by international customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply. Products refused by customers for import fees, duties, or tax liability and returned to our facility will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Import Regulations
It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her country or jurisdiction prior to purchasing products. Any fees resulting from the blockage of products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No products will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such products. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any shipments refused by the destination country’s customs or import control authorities for failure to comply with local laws. Products refused by customs or customers for failure to meet local laws will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Delayed or Lost Packages
There are some instances beyond our control when the expected delivery date is delayed by shipping carriers. This can occur during busy shipping periods, such as the holiday season, or even inclement weather. We ask our customers to retain the email from our store with their package tracking information, to remain notified of the latest available information, and contact the respective carrier if the package is either delayed without notice or never received. Packages shipped by USPS Priority Mail® are insured up to $50, while UPS generally includes insurance of up to $100.
